Pratt in Venice Public Lecture on Paolo Veneziano a Success!
Pratt in Venice’s online public lecture on Paolo Veneziano was a success! On September 29, 2021, art historian John Witty illuminated the S. Chiara Polyptych, a fourteenth-century masterpiece which Pratt in Venice studies every year. Paolo Veneziano’s work is the subject of a current exhibition at the J. Paul Getty Museum, which stemmed from Witty’s research. The event was free and open to the public.

In the latest episode of Pratt in Venice's new video series, Professor of Printmaking and Drawing Fay Ku discusses Venice – especially the basilica of San Marco – as a culture of encounters, and reflects on the ways her encounter with Venice has helped her conceive new working practices as an artist.
Series of Group Exhibitions By Pratt MFA '20 Graduates Features Work by Pratt in Venice Alumni
A series of exhibitions at two locations in New York entitled Emergent Pose: Pratt MFA 2020 Artist Collective Exhibition will open beginning this Thursday, March 25, 2021. The exhibitions feature the work of 22 artists who are Pratt MFA graduates (2020), four of whom are Pratt in Venice 2019 alumni.
